Bells, Tennessee, located in Crockett County in West Tennessee is a small community of about 2,000 folks, and is home to Crockett County's largest employer, Pictsweet.
Incorporated in 1868, Bells is surrounded by rich, beautiful farm land, and is the home of the West Tennessee Okra Festival. The festival includes a horse show, beauty pageant, street carnival and other activities and shows. The Festival is always held during August, the peak of the okra season.
